Owethelabel offers an Exchange/ Store Credit policy only.
Kindly note that cash refunds are not available.
Owethelabel has a 24 hours exchange store-credit policy: You have 24 hours from the day you receive the order to notify us about the store credit or exchange.
Store credit is valid for 6 months from date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.
You can exchange by size or different item only once after package delivery. ( Different item from our fast delivery section only)
Note: Items in “Winter Sale” or “Summer Sale” collections Are Non exchangeable or refundable.

You are eligible to exchange with another size or item from our fast delivery section
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order after receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, big promotions and orders made using discount codes.
